Bailey is originally from Murfreesboro, TN. She lived there most of her life until she decided to follow her middle school sweetheart to Chattanooga to attend college together at The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga. She is currently pursuing a degree in Business Entrepreneurship and expected to graduate in the Fall of 2022.
She has always had a major obsession for weddings! She was originally in school to become a nurse and after realizing that path wasn’t for her in August of 2019, she found Wildflower Wedding Planning. The team immediately fell in love with Bailey’s accountability and commitment to learn. Bailey’s enthusiasm for each unique wedding and super-human organizational skills puts her brides at ease leading up to and on wedding day! Now, Bailey has been with Wildflower for almost three years. As a lead planner, she takes on her own clients in addition to training our assistant planners to one day take on their own wedding dreams!
Her absolute favorite part of wedding day is seeing the couples celebrate with their bridal party & family right after they say “I do”. She loves the design board meetings and final planning meetings the most because she loves seeing the bride’s vision come to life! Bailey is committed to bring to life the vision of each bride, but specializes in boho and trendy weddings.
She is an enneagram 2 wing 3. She can relate to almost anyone because she genuinely wants to help people and take stress off their back. She utilizes her passion for people so much when helping couples plan their weddings!
