Open House Party

Open House Party

Have you heard the big news?! We have moved! As our team has grown over the last year, we have been crammed into our little space on Southside. So, last November we found the dreamiest, historic building and moved in! We now share our office with the amazing Tretheway Media. They run a photo and video company and own the cutest photobus named Daisy! They’ve been the best office mates and we love our new shared space! So, of course we decided to celebrate and show off our new space with an open house party!

Welcome to Our New Home

Being in the historic Fortwood neighborhood is magical. Our building was built in 1928 & has all of the architectural details to prove it! It’s safe to say we’re smitten. So, the building itself and our office made a naturally beautiful backdrop for our open house party!

Meet our 2020 team! We’ve added some new planners and are loving what this year is shaping up to be. From left to right is Callie, Whitney, Khloe, Bailey, Lauren & Emily!

The Experience

As you shuttled in from a nearby parking lot with the help of Nooga Shuttles, you were immediately welcome by sone of the Wildflower Wedding Planners, or the Emilys whipping up some amazing cocktails in their mobile bar!

Cosmo, the traveling bar was a great addition for cocktails at our open house party.

The jams were pumping thanks to Party Time Productions. And of course, Miss Daisy, the sunkissed photobus was ready for action with all of her props! We even had a lovely balloon arch from Bud Floral to help highlight our entry way!

Miss Daisy, the sunkissed photobus was set up in front of the brick building at the open house party.

Also outside were some bistro lights to set the mood above all the fun. Cocktail tables gave places for people to hang and chat! But, we are oh so thankful for the heaters too! It was a chilly night outside, but our hearts were bursting with joy!

Moving inside, the beauty of the building was on display. The ocean and navy velvet linens on the cocktail tables really helped make our winter dreams come true. Apron Strings whipped up some delicious apps and Clumpies was there to serve ice cream! Are you drooling yet?

Clumpies Ice Cream Stand sure was a sweet addition to our open house party.

We Like To Party

Khloe, founder of wildflower wedding planning, poses in the office during the open house party.

There’s just nothing better than bringing together all of our amazing vendors and friends. Without the vendor community in Chattanooga, weddings would not be nearly as fun. The best part of wedding day for us (apart from helping a bride’s dreams come true!), is when we get to work with some of our favorite people! So, anytime we get a chance to see them is the best! We were thrilled that so many of our faves stopped in to say hello, hang out with us, and see our new space!

Vendor Friends Make the World Go Round

We are extremely grateful for everyone who helped us make our Open House Party truly magical. Wedding day wouldn’t be as fun without the relationships we share and the amazing teamwork we pull together nearly every weekend! A big thank you to every single person who dropped by to hang out and celebrate with us! And an even more special thanks to the following vendors who so generously donated their time, resources, and talent to help our dreams come true at our open house party!
