Styled Shoot Planning Process

Bailey, one of our lead Nashville wedding planners here at W Events, originally started to plan back in October. She knew she wanted lots of bright colors and a boho vibe! All the amazing vendors that helped with this beautiful event did a great job executing and were very fun to work with leading up to the day!

Viva la Velvet!

With a sumptuous feel and gorgeous blush-tone hues, velvet is crushing it at the wedding game! The combination of the modern, runner and gold candleholders is simply stunning.

Southern Events Party Rentals provides trend setting rental inventory, creative event design, and personalized service. Bailey chose them for this shoot because she had personal experience with them from doing her own wedding! Their expertise, professionalism, and eye for style is something we value.

Whimsical Floral Design

Sam perfectly executed the vision for the day – the pops of color, greenery and pampas grass was the perfect assortment! We had so much fun getting to know her and we are looking forward to working with her again in the future!

So the flurries began...

A fun moment during our styled shoot was when Lauren (our AMAZING photographer) gave the model her hat and Bailey added her jean jacket, for a too-cool-to-care look. You can only imagine how excited we were when it started snowing during the shoot. Going outside for pictures was a must!
