Dan and Brenda purchased the venue space in 2011 without any intention to open up a wedding venue. Soon after, they developed an interest in the event business. The owners are architects, history buffs & designers so the ruby was a perfect fit for them! Nine years later, they own two beautiful venues with endless possibilities!
About The Ruby-Nashville
The ruby is a boutique event space in Nashville! It is located in the Hillsboro Village and is surrounded by Dragon Park. The Ruby is known for its historic structure with an industrial vibe! There are so many beautiful elements to this historic venue! Some brides gravitate to the hardwood teak walls, the exposed brick or the true Venetian plaster walls that the space has to offer! Every bride can find something that they love about the venue that will make them want to have their big day at the ruby!
What's New at The Ruby?
Since covid-19, The owners have had a little time to renovate the ruby! they decided to gut all the bathrooms, add new wallpaper, tile, concrete floors and fixtures! the ruby is surrounded by city park so the outdoors are very important to them! they doubled the size of their courtyard, added great new landscaping and so many other features that you will have to come see for yourself! these changes made a huge difference to this space!
